Safety

Safety is an important part of our everyday world in the construction business. It is our commitment to supply the necessary training and equipment to enable each employee to perform there job in a safe and efficient manner. We must have input from each employee regarding the safety of work practices, procedures, equipment, and conditions. Each employee is expected to obey safety rules and to exercise caution in all work activities. Employees must immediately report any unsafe condition to the appropriate Supervisor. Employees who violate safety standards, who cause hazardous or dangerous situations, or who fail to report or, where appropriate remedy to such situations are not made, may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Our Safety Policy is as follows

Management is responsible for ensuring employees have the knowledge, skills, and equipment necessary to protect themselves and other.
Every attempt will be made to reduce the possibility of accident occurrence.
The company intends to maintain neat, clean, safe, attractive and healthful working conditions.

Our Safety Department is responsible for jobsite visits, safety audits and safety class instruction

Health & Environment

Our Health & Environment Objectives are as Follows

Provide a healthy and safe environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors with an ultimate goal of zero incidents

Promote pollution prevention, including the conservation of energy, water and raw materials resources, and ensure that all waste is handled and disposed properly. Communicate with Health & Environment Concerns. Ensure that all employees, managers, and subcontractors are aware of this HE policy and have been trained properly.
